While I know that this was a unexpected blessing, I also know that it wasn’t just a coincidence. I laid down the groundwork for this opportunity to even come available for me. I did a few things that I know helped me and could potentially help someone else. Here’s 3 tips that could land you a new job or a new raise:
It's amazing how life works. Since I've reached my 30's, it's like I can see my journey to becoming an adult with clearer lenses now. My 20's allowed me to make my mistakes and find my way but my 30's has allowed me to grow from my mistakes, become a better version of myself and explore what brings me joy. My choices, the bits of passion that I tap into, everything that I am is a reflection of what God has intended for me to be. This revelation has never been any clearer and it's so beautiful.
If you have been riding with me long enough to remember that I am the Creator and Editor of my old blog, Flawless Fabs, you may have noticed that quite a bit has changed. More specifically, the name and whole look of the site has changed! Flawless Fabs will always hold a special place in my heart and may actually return at some point but I've decided to take more of working woman fashion driven approach.
I hadn't felt this way at all since starting my blog over the summer but I had this overwhelming feeling of doubt. I then realized that it was because I hadn't stayed in my own lane and decided to roll into someone else's, then crashed! Let me explain...
I chose to name this blog, Flawless FABs, for one main reason. That reason being that I wanted to consistently remind women who they are- Flawless. Yes, we make mistakes and have imperfections but we pull it together and push through. That's what makes us Flawless! We are so busy doing what we have to do that we often forget.
We all have been there or may be going through one right now. If we make a decision to get into a relationship with someone, we are basically allowing ourselves to become vulnerable enough to potentially get hurt if the relationship ends.
